By downloading or using Tiewell you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Tiewell is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Tiewell requires an account, created with Sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a one-time code emailed to you. You are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method; everything you keep in the app belongs to the account and is reachable only through it. You may delete the account, and everything in it, at any time from Settings → Your account → Delete account & data.
Where Tiewell Pro is offered in the app, the free tier covers up to ten people and twenty logged touches and nothing you have already entered is ever locked. Tiewell Pro removes those limits. It is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription with a seven-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. A referral reward (one month of Pro) is a promotional entitlement, has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Tiewell is a personal record-keeping and productivity tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make using it.
You own the information you enter. It is stored on your device and in your account; keeping your own backups (Settings → Your data → Export a backup) and protecting access to your sign-in method and your device are your responsibility.
Do not use Tiewell for any unlawful purpose or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.
Tiewell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
